LUTHER WELFARE FOR CHILDREN AT-RISK DEVELOPMENT CENTRE
WORDS OF WELCOME!
We have known you for child-love!
Board of Welfare mission of Lutheran Church, Nigeria introduce to you the Luther Welfare for Children At-Risk Development Centre, a non-profit/charity incorporated May, 2017 as Ministry of Mercy (MoM) to mark Martin Luther 500th Reformation (October 31, 1517-2017). It offers works of mercy to community-based orphans/vulnerable children and their caregiver families.
The Rev’d Nicholas Kins Iloh -Lutheran Church Priest and his wife sacrificed prestigious parish ministry and voluntarily moved into saving souls of orphans and vulnerable children in the streets and communities of Niger Delta and beyond. It is cross-bearing mission with heavy feelings of headaches/heartaches that need prayers, donation and partners to meet needs of the children suffering abandonment, HIV/AIDS, hunger, poverty (no access to basic education, healthcare, shelter, livelihood skills, etc). It is said that “Many of the things we need can wait, the Child cannot. Right NOW is the Time his bones are being made, and his senses are being developed. They are undoubtedly tomorrow’s leaders. To me, his NAME is TODAY” (Nobel Lauretter-NiccoloMakavile).
We invite you to step forward and share with us in partnership visits and experience.
